At Utopia Spa Center, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality of service and an exceptional experience. To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our offerings, we have implemented the following refund policy:
No Refunds Policy
Once a package, service, or product is purchased, Utopia
Spa Center does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This applies to all services, packages, and retail products, regardless of whether they have been used or not.
Package and Service Commitment
By purchasing any package or service, clients acknowledge and agree to fully commit to the terms and conditions of the purchase. We encourage clients to carefully review the details of the package or service before making a decision.
Non-Transferable
All packages, services, and products are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services. They are intended for use only by the individual who made the purchase.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that schedules can change. Clients are welcome to reschedule any appointments, subject to availability, by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of exceptional circumstances (such as a medical condition preventing the use of services), please contact our management team. While refunds will not be offered, we may provide alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.
